Desu x United Nude Collaboration

In 2021, the architectural footwear brand United Nude, based in Los Angeles, and the private luxury streetwear label Desu Clothing, headquartered in Bali, collaborated to release a limited series of accessories.

Bag design has always been a signature strength of Desu, and for this collaboration, designer Ekaterina Arshanitsa

was invited by United Nude’s Creative Director, Rem D. Koolhaas,

to create a sculptural piece. The result was the Asymmetric Clutch — an architectural handbag 

inspired by the iconic Lo-Res Motors car by United Nude.

The collaboration featured four distinct bag designs, each reflecting a different facet of architectural form and stylistic expression. Every model was produced in a limited edition, emphasizing exclusivity and the shared vision of fashion as a medium of bold, structural experimentation.
